The voucher is redeemable at Los Mochis, London City (100 Liverpool Street, 9th Floor, EC2M 2AT) and must be presented as payment either physically or digitally.
Luna Omakase operates a reservation-only policy and requires a full pre-payment using your voucher at the time of booking. To book, call +44 (0) 20 7225 2502 and provide your unique redemption code. The pre-payment covers the food and service charge but does not include drinks, unless it is specifically included in the voucher, or you have pre-booked a drink pairing.
Seatings are at 6pm or 8.30pm. We kindly ask guests to arrive 30 minutes before their reservation. All guests will be served at the same time, with service beginning promptly at the reservation time. Any guests arriving after the doors close will not be seated.
All bookings are subject to a 72-hour cancellation and amendment policy. There is a 100% cancellation fee for any cancellations or amendments with less than 72 hours’ notice.
